Celebrating Black Business Month & Strengthening Community Ties

We spent the last week of Black Business Month in one of the best ways, being in the Community, for The Black Tech Collective’s (BTC) 3rd Annual Networking Link and Marketplace hosted at The Gathering Spot in Washington, D.C.

Close to 20 other Black-owned businesses participated in the Marketplace, which included She Knows the Deal, Candles with Attitude, MGNX Activewear, Self Handmade Incense, Po' Up Cards, Worthwhile Baggage, and more.

And for our wellness basket giveaway, we were pleased to feature Black-owned products along with our Intention Words from Wigenton Candle Company, Siika Herb and Honey Co., Rooted Bleafs, and By.beezy

We even won a lovely gift box prize from BrownGirlsEmbrace LLC!

With so much already going on in D.C., we were even more grateful to be in a safe space to celebrate community, culture, and art. The evening was filled with so much love and support as we shared resources and offered encouragement.

We thank everyone who stopped by our table to learn more about our self-care cards.

A special thank you to BTC for having us again. We appreciate all that you do to uplift the community!
