Shipping policy

Order Processing 

• Please allow for 2-3 days for item to ship. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will be processed the next business day. 
• Shipping rate is calculated at checkout.
• Item ships from Maryland.
• Once item ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number from USPS.
• When placing an order, please be sure to review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will work to contact you to receive updated/correct shipping details. 
• If you need to update an address, please notify us right away at hello@melaninqueencreative.com.
